The consensus going around is that there is an urgent need to find Viv a GF..............The rest will then fall into place...........

Mother daughter relationships are hard to maintain and very important for emotional well-being
Mothers can often be a girl’s best friend,( if you get past the whining and overprotectiveness…..)
I always admire girls who have close connections with their Mums
And then there are those talks we have every once in a while….. the soul baring…. and the assertion of independence, our attempts at shaking away the fast fraying strings of maternal influence……………Repercussions of which could either, cement a firm bond, or scar the relationship forever…….And then occasionally you can get a real laugh out of it……….Like my good friendGitika did……….after one of these deep heart to heart talks, her mum gave her a new nick………(which we all found highly endearing and very “awwwwwwww”) ‘SHER BACCHA’……..This is one special story Git, that you can share with your daughter (If you have one;)
I think we often forget how important mother- child relationships can be especially now that we’re all grown up……….(or attempting to grow in my case;)


And so I think everyone who reads this post should tell their mothers that they love them…..and that they’re appreciated………..

actually drove all the way from Andheri to Jogeshwari!!!!! On the HIGHWAY!!!!!!!!
was extremely shaky got the wrong feet on the brake and accelerator at first then got extremely confused and removed both feet, kept them in the air and cringed.......

Hi there,
I do hope your weekend was as nice as mine was..........I went over to my fave uncle’s place nah .....and there is where I had such a good time!!
Last evening we ate pizza and had a fun family conversation giggling over the Miss World fiasco.......after which my cousin and I whispered under the covers till we drifted off to sleep.….
Woke up at 7:30 am and rushed to get ready in time for Church, (after all it was their parish feast!!)
Showed up for Church 10 mins late it was soooooooooooo crowded we were somewhere outside the Church, we had got separated from Aunt n Uncle, then my cousin spotted her (married) sister avec baby and husband...so we went and stood alongside them...And that’s when I realized the mass (which had already begun)
was in Konkani!!!!
So there, the limited attention span went out the window, spent the rest of mass time, running after Baby Kiara, who is a cutie!!!
Oh and did I forget to mention, Before I left for Church My Uncle gave me 500Rs!!!! for channa he said, lol!!
Mum came over for lunch and there was such a spread………..Roast Meat and Mutton Biryani, and chicken curry with puris, and salad, and nimbu pani, and dessert which consisted of laganu custard, ice cream and more nimbu pani.
I felt like a cow after that meal!!!!!!!
Napped and then woke up for more eating, paneer rolls and croissants………Then off to the fete where I got this huge henna tattoo on my arm and regretted it immediately……..(though its kinda growing on me now..........its a shooting star in flames)
Returned home an hour back got online to post and reflect on the lovely day……..:)
PS: To anyone with doubts Xerxes’ terms of endearment are exclusively for me, how do I know??? He said so!!!!!

Eid Mubaraq to all.............I celebrated Eid last evening with my Aunt and cousin's( who happen to be muslim :),enjoyed OD'ing on tandoori chicken and Biryani......and nimbu pani..yum!!!!
Then had a nice ride to Borivali to pick up a parcel that Papa The Great sent me...........yes yes more food............and 2 bottles of black label............
Borivali is colder than Andheri..........especially that God forsaken place we went to, was positively chilly, Hmmm.........Don't get me wrong I have lived in the suburbs all my life but Borivali is far!!!!!!!!! and when ever I go there...........(my fave Uncle lives there with some of my fave relatives) I always feel Like i'm outta bmbay lol, last night on the drive there I noticed quite a strange and quite funny phenomenon, I guess the weather had something to do with it...............first On the side of the road I saw a bike pulled over a woman was leaning on it while a man, her husband (I presume) and two kids, (their kids, I presume) were peeing in a line!!!!!! I swear I am not kidding!!!
They give new meaning to the line "its all in the Family!!!!!"
A little ahead on the same side of the road there was another bike pulled up this time with a woman and a kid leaning on it while a man (I presume the dad), pee'ed in the back !!!
I was cracking up by now.........then on the way back at the side of the road, there were two guys squatted side by side taking a dump and chating happily!!!!!
Coincidence?????

PS: I am going to my Fave uncle's house tonight, same road-------> so i'm gonna be doing some gross spotting of people defecating on the street!!!!!!

Today itself bomb scares all over the city........and just now the bomb scare at Bombay Central, has been confirmed as being true!!!

I have always wanted to learn to drive...............I mean I dream of driving so often.............Yes Yes I know Driving dreams don't really mean I love driving but I wanna......and I wanna be good at it really bad!!!!!!! (is that an oxymoron??? perhaps just moronic, lol)

Went to the friendly neighbourhood Udipi restaurant which has just got a makeover...........food seems to have improved as has the decor, waiters have got a little too enthusiatic though and cleared away my sprite before I was done with it, amidst tiny whinny noises of protest from me...........whereupon the head waiter came up and yelled in kannada, tamil?? the like...??? I dunno some southie language............after I was done, the "now not so enthu" waiter, slid up to the table and looked from me to the empty plates.....as I nodded in exasperation. He then cleared the plates, flashing me and mum a 100 watt smile...................I was half amused half annoyed.....mum was fully amused...........she only gets annoyed with me ;)
